As per new Italian guidelines, from Dec. 6th to Jan. 15th, adults will be allowed to access our apartments by showing their Green Pass. Children up to 12 years old are exempt

In this recovery phase, our goal is to make you live your holiday in total tranquility and well-being, always maintaining the high standards of attention, with a few more precautions.

We will scrupulously follow all the indications of the ministry of health for the protection of the health of our guests.

  • CHECK IN: you will be the only and only people to enter the apartments after sanitization
  • CLEANING: the apartments are subjected to sanitization at each guest change exclusively with medical and surgical products and steam, by specialized personnel
  • BEDS: mattresses and pillows will be treated with steam and sterilized covers are provided for each change.
  • LINEN: all linen is exclusively reserved for the guest, it is professionally treated at high temperatures to ensure perfect sanitation.
  • KITCHEN: every change of guest will guarantee total sanitization of the kitchen, including dishes and appliances.

Also in the apartments you will find in addition to the disinfectant gel, the list of useful numbers and everything you need for first aid. For all your other needs, Roberta is at your disposal.
